I was not impressed with the product after using it twice. First of all, I was thinking about it ,which prevented me to fall asleep as usual. After , finally, falling asleep--I woke up 3 am feeling the product is still there on my gum, and my mouth full of some kind of thick moisture (?) and I was concerned about the rest of the gum sticker, eventually I could not find it in my mouth, fell asleep again, woke up in the early morning with the very dry mouth.Excellent solution for dry mouth at night.One star deducted as one lozenge lasts only about 6 hours.I love the product and as a retired dental hygienist I think it is wonderful for people with dry mouth. No need to worry about the sweetness causing decay.I have fought dry mouth since cancer in 2015. This is the 1st product to eliminate most dryness when I am sleeping. Great to wake up and not have my mouth stuck shut.Works better than most things I have tried.Helps a great deal for people who have Sjogrens and/or RA. Can't sleep without them.No real help for chronic dry mouth. A bit “chalky” and the tast is not great. Any hard candy would work just as well.Perfect!
