I mean it was 20 bucks for 2. Idk what I was expecting but I wasn't surprised when one of them arrived cracked. I put the cracked end toward the back.Advice: put an extra 10 bucks in for something better.Slightly off in size & color, but super sturdy & worth it. Order more than you think you’ll need.Nothing wrong with a cardboard shoe box to keep small things together; these are much nicer, and have cut-outs for handles.Disappointed , the colour is not oak at all. Looks not good. Far from qood quality wood and colour more close to red.. than brown yellow..not big enough to hold "collection" size boxes of CD's.The price point is nice. And you get quite a few. But honestly it looked like someone went to Michael’s and bought craft paint. Too small for what I had in mind.The small flat surfaces where edges meet on these boxes are simply glued together. There is no dovetail style connection to assist with a more solid connection, nor any nails or staples to help ensure they don’t fall apart.I needed eight of these things for storage needs and two have broken so far. If they were more like $20 for a set of four, I’d not complain, but these are priced too high. The wood itself is not great quality either. A little moisture managed to find its way under one of them, which I discovered fairly quickly, but it delaminated and now has a bubbled up surface underneath. I placed felt sticky pads under them all to avoid this problem in the future.Overall, will keep looking for a better made product for what I need these for, or convince my son to make some for me that will last for years.If you're looking to use them for specific types of storage (such as music CDs that are in cardboard sleeves larger than typical CD cases), be aware that while the full width of the box is 5-7/8, the width of the interior storage area is just 5-1/8
