I didn't read the reviews. Yes they are too rough and gritty to be used as a hand towel unless it's being used in a shop environment. Delivery was on time even sooner than expected, packaging was good, Kleenex box looks great in my guest bathrooms but too rough and hard to be used. Will use the ones I've ordered for household cleaning.These towels are so rough I could not use them. No way they are to be considered hand towels or guest towels in any way.Great for guests Sturdy.Don’t like theses. Viva much betterI am totally disappointed in this product. I have bought Kleenex luxury disposable hand towels in a different style box and they were wonderfully soft. These are very rough and there is no way these can be considered luxury hand towels. The description for this product is totally wrong, a real rip-off. I will try to return them. Sad sad very sad.Update: The seller wants me to pay for return shipping by Fed-x. Their listing was totally inaccurate! Will not ever use this company again.
