I really didn't know much about this big kerfuffle, other than a few YouTube videos. But why should I care about some legal wranglings in Poland? ... I live in Tampa! Anywho, I have all 3 Batushka albums and they are all different in great ways. I agree with several people that state this album would be thought of much higher if not for the dispute As far as the art ... this album is fantastic. Black metal has a tendency to blend together with blast beats, trem picking and what can at times sound like singing with a brillo pad in ones throat. This album sticks out from the bunch. The production os fantastic, which is also an outlier in Black Metal. I bought the vinyl, and the records and packaging were very cool.If you're holding out because of some dispute in Poland, you are only doing yourself the disfavor. Just get it. You won't be disappointed.
