Bought this as a Xmas gift for a neighbor. Haven't heard from the neighbor since...LOLIt looked very niceI send out this basket every Christmas to my family and they loved it every time.This fruit box arrived earlier than scheduled, was well packed and the fruit and contents were fine. However, when taken out of the box and shredding, there was very little product- nothing you could not get at a local grocer for about $30.I ordered this for my husband for Valentines, and was disappointed to find that the apples were rotting in the middle. Pears, cheese, and candy were great, so overall it was an okay gift...This gift box was a great treat. The pears were soft & sweet - and you know how hard it is to get pears at the right moment! The apples were perfectly crisp. There were minor bruises on on one pear & one apple, but I only noticed b/c my husband wanted me to do a close inspection of "mail-order fruit." The bruising didn't affect taste or consistency & wouldn't keep me from ordering again. The cheese was one I'd never tried before & it was yummy and creamy. The cashews were delicious, and probably the first to go once the box get here. The chocolate covered almonds were delicious - I ate them with the GSF chocolate covered cherries! The pears were the real stars of this show, though. Do remember, there are perishables in this box so be sure you're sending it to an address where someone will be there to get it same day. The dry ice doesn't stay cold forever!Everything about this gift is awesome! The apples & pears were fresh & delicious, the cheese,crackers, and nuts were so flavorful. And best of all, it arrived 5 days earlier than expected! I will definitely order this again as a gift, and I am recommending it to all my friends. The quality compares to Harry & David but less expensive..This arrived as expected and on time. All looked very healthy and fresh. A nice healthy alternative.This was sent as a gift. It arrived early. It was extremely small. only had 3 pieces of fruit and a small hand full of nuts. The cheese was good but very disappointed in the gift overall
