McDavid Kinesiology Tape - Premium Single Roll Athletic Sports Tape for Pain Relief & Muscle Support - Ideal for Running, CrossFit, Yoga & Injury Recovery

I ran out of my McDavid Kinesiology tape and forget the brand name so I ordered KT Pro Extreme tape. There is a big difference in the support strength and adhesion. Knee support is necessary when I workout due to a torn meniscus. Half way through my vigorous workout part of the tape was came off despite using alcohol to secure adhesion. This KT Extreme tape will not last for several days because once wet, it's a done deal. So glad I found a piece of the McDavid tape because I ordered it immediately!This tape definitely holds up and holds on. Several tapes peal off you skin, especially when you put clothing on over the tape. This tape clings to your skin nicely and it also doesn't fray. It stretches nicely for Kinesiology tape providing great support. I have a torn meniscus in both my knees and this tape helps hold it all together. Extra bonus is the pricing on this is better than most tapes too.Sticks better than the KT tape I've purchased (KT doesn't stick on my back whereI need the tape at all and this stuff will stay on quite well! Stays through showers and just peels back from the edges as to be expected over the course of a few days - will stay on my low back for 2-3 days at a time without a need to replace!I ordered this since it said 4" wide tape. When it showed up it was only 2" wide. I needed it before I left for vacation so dint have time to return and reorder. Very very disapointed.I don't like writing bad reviews at all, but this tape just did not stick like the real KT, I'm sorry!Received wrong size. Ordered 4", received 2". It won't work for me.Use this tape for covering tattoos on stage performers, works very well! Stays in place and doesn't destroy clothing/costumes like makeup! Very pleased, will buy again.Says 4 inch, is actually 2 inch.
