Are usually don’t write reviews and I certainly don’t want to be the person to simply write something negative. But unfortunately this product did not work out too good for me. I’m sure part of the reason is I have a bad injury on my hand and the main reason why I needed the adhesive remover was to be able to remove my wound dressings more easily. As soon as I received this product It was put into use. First the package is extremely hard to get into by hand. I had to use scissors and or a razor blade to get it open. Once I did I noticed that the The fragrance was not my favorite either. It was very floral instead of the nice citrus smell I am used to with most other adhesive remover‘s. That’s not the big problem though. Unfortunately when applying the adhesive remover to my bandages and the tape securing them it did little to actually soften up the glue from the tape and ease the removal of it. I’d have to say that honestly it only worked about half as good as The other mainstream products I’ve used in the past. This may just be my experience because of the place and condition of my wound and how sensitive it is but I certainly don’t want anyone else to be surprised and injure themselves further thinking that they can just rip the bandage off after having the tape or Band-Aid glue removed or softened before yanking it offIt works, albeit a little slow. It does smell really nice though so the patient isn't thinking about hospitals and being sick and "oh, the nurse is doing another procedure, when is it gonna end?" kinda thing. For some reason the smell reminds me of the oil they use for baptism or anointing or something like that.I've had a lot of surgeries in the past four years and there is always adhesive left from bandages and medical tapes on my skin when I get home. Instead of scrubbing and picking, I use these pads which seem to lift the adhesive quickly and safely from my skin and leave a pleasant smell in the process. They won't irritate your skin and leave a red mark or any indication that there was tape there at all. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to remove adhesive from their skin effortlessly and safely.This is the best adhesive remover on the market! We use this on a daily basis to remove residue left from medical tape and spirit gum (wig glue for theater), and it is the only product that will completely remove all traces of adhesive. As another reviewer indicated, the pads are in fact oily, but wiping off with cloth or a paper towel remedies any lingering unpleasantness. I will go back to another brand I have used before.
