I got this box because the last one I had people were able to fit their hands into and take money at my stand where I sell eggs to my neighbors. This one is small strong sturdy and keeps peoples fingers off what’s not theirs. However now I’m having a new issue people are trying to pick the lock (unsuccessfully) but the key is getting hard to use. I’ll be replacing the lock only as the box is still in perfect condition.I live in a rural area & have lemon trees. People have drop boxes but none that I see that I liked. So ordered this one. Works great & easy to securely attach to fence at driveway.Sturdy box with 4 mounting holes on the inside. I have a self-serve honey stand and its worked great. Comes with 2 keys for the lock.Use for a veggie standWe use this for our camp wood stand. I like that it has a cover so no weather gets inI use this in my honesty flower stand and have not had any issues.It's been sitting out most of the summer and still works fine. Only thing I did was drilled a small hole in the bottom for when it rains it will drain it. The first time it rained it got a surprisingly amount of water in it.Update. Its been sitting out in the rain still all summer and still works fine. It needs oiled but still works. Hasn't rusted yetI got this to take payments for my daycare. Parents have to fold their checks once the hotdog way or twice the hamburger way to get the checks in the box. Otherwise, this is a good sturdy box and I would purchase it again. The key works nicely, the hinges are smooth, the metal is a solid thickness, the paint is consistent throughout and doesn’t easily chip. Overall a nice product.Lovely little lockbox, we use it as we sell eggs at the end of our road and someone was stealing out the honesty box!Nice and easy to put up just whacked a few screws in it! Would of been nice if they included some of their own screws even if most people ended up using their own or a specific screw but still not everyone has exactly the right size screws for it...There was a slight issue with our box but I contacted them and they dealt with the issue straight away and we're very helpful, apologetic and friendly! So thank you for that.Again only downside is no screws especially for the price... But happy other than that!Excellent product we will be using it on our farm gate roadside stall as an honesty box;,it comes in many colour options.The slot is large enough for all coins and notes. Its constructed of quite thick metal and is well painted and should last for years. We purchased this one to replace a normal cash box with a slot; which are made of quite thin metal with a flimsy lock, and therefore are quite in-secure. We would post a picture of it but are currently building a new stall.Item is advertised with picture of a blue box but it's actually Black, which in fairness is stated in description. Just don't rely on the pictures, lesson learnt. Hope the seller can update his items picture to reflect the actual colour.Only been up a short time and its already rusted.
