Really like these tackle boxes. The dividers can be a little stubborn, but I see that in most tackle boxes. I like the smoke color because I do have expensive lures that I don't want to get discolored from the sun. Also, it helps hide the contents from prying eyes and I don't have to hear the questions like "hey, did you buy another fishing lure?" or "Can I borrow that fancy lure for my fishing trip?"Played with snackle box idea. Works well.Bought 2. One had the center handle break the first time. Still useable. The other is fine.Ordered this for a snackle box to go camping with. I had a friend show me using a tackle box so thought I would give this a try. I only give 4/5 stars because the rows are permanent so you can only adjust the size of the space by length not width. So completely unable to fit a small dinner roll with meat in it for a small snack. If I only wanted to take small items it would be perfect, but not for anything larger. As far as a true tackle box I would give it 5/5 stars, but not as advertised for a snackle box.I was going to transfer all my hooks and crimpers to this box. But it wasn’t deep enough to hold the crimpers. I currently have them in a different brand 3700 size box. Although this box is slightly smaller it is a nice box. It locks tight and is very sturdy.Pretty much WYSIWYG, it is a relatively sturdy item, lost a star because while there is provision for the dividers to be positioned in the front row, unless you notch out the top fron corner of them, the lid will not close, I am just using the front row in continuous mode, details, details, always messy details!Overall, I like this tackle box, with a couple of caveats.The general construction, and particularly the latches, are good quality and feel solid. For things that you don't mind getting wet, it's a nice box.That said, it is NOT waterproof. I actually bought this to be a snacklebox for kayaking, but alas, it leaks. A lot. So it's not suitable for that purpose unless you put it in a dry bag or the like. I put it in a cooler and it sucked up the ice melt. Disappointing. But, as long as whatever you put in it can get wet, it's a decent box.The other nitpick I have is that the dividers all had to be trimmed of excess plastic to make them fit. In fairness, though, I had to do the same thing with my Plano boxes. It's not a showstopper, but not trimming them makes it very fiddly to get the dividers in.The bigger issue with this otherwise very nice tackle box is the lack of waterproofness. I'll likely end up using it to store small items in the garage.If you're looking for a large tackle tray at a good price, this may be it. Construction is all plastic, but it is not the lightweight, cheap stuff so prevalent online. It is solid and stiff with tight closures on 3 sides and tight hinges on the back. It is what I would call "medium" build compared to some of the higher end boxes (like Plano or Bass Pro). It has a complete rubber gasket around the edge that works well. Inside the box has 4 rows with molded walls that cannot be adjusted. They give you enough dividers to separate these into 6 columns. I'd prefer to be able to move the rows as well, but you could always cut out sections when wider sections are needed (pretty straightforward with a multi-tool). The clasps are the only thing I'm not happy with. They clip on and can pop off somewhat easily. I expect they will not take much abuse when open but are pretty solid when closed. Short version: If you're looking for a good value, this is one of the better boxes I've found, especially in the larger sizes.
