This is by far the best Soy Sauce I have ever used. The perfect balance of flavor makes a huge difference in the dishes I prepare. Many other brands of soy sauce, taste like salt water to me. It’s nice that it comes in little packets, then I can use what I need and it keeps longer. The ingredients are good also, without artificial preservatives etc.
