I LOVED this book! It was incredibly fun & easy to read/learn about the concept of theory/behavior theory in public health. The chapters are brief, not boring, and Thought-provoking!!! If I read any other book on theory, I would have fallen asleep probably. This was one of my favorite books to read from start to finish. The author is very amusing too with how they write and joke about theory (while also including some of their own experiences with helping others understand theory). Excellent book for learning theory (even for beginners or those experienced in theory).
